To assist Real Estate Agents who are showing Polo 1 units we have included links to our Declaration and sample Floor Plans (approximately to scale). Note that these include sample illustrations of area carpeting requirements where wood or laminate flooring are permitted.

 

The Board of Directors and Property Management work to provide a secure building, maintain a high maintenance standard, support progressive environmental practices and respect the right of all residents to Quiet Enjoyment of their units.

Polo 1 has a number of Rules and Bylaws in place to support these objectives and they are fully enforced. These include a Flooring Rule which restricts the use of wood and laminate flooring and requires area carpets on permitted wood flooring, an Anti-Hoteling Rule which does not allow subleases, short-term rentals or Air B&B, a Card Access Rule and Noise Bylaws.

 

To avoid any misunderstanding by a potential purchaser please ensure that potential purchasers make themselves aware of these Bylaws and Rules prior to purchase which can be seen by clicking here. (link to Rules and Bylaws link).
